I can still remember those damn pads and belts which were needed in order to keep the pads in place and I thanked science for the invention of the tampon. Still thought I was going to die but I thanked science for the tampon! Sports was and always had been a part of my life since I was a kid and to stop was unthinkable. Before my accident I could go scuba diving in the cold waters of the Pacific and my only concern were the sharks which can smell trace amounts of blood but the interesting part of this film, from an atheist point of view, is that the girls are being compared to chickens and cows who happen to be part of the science of evolution. Now, I can remember how the girls made a big stink about being compared to animals, me, being one of them, but you have to admit that this film is proof that people do in fact believe in evolution and that homo sapien is a part of it.
